• 1-2-10 year warranty, backed by an insurance company, covering your house for all warranty issues. Warranty is fully transferable to new homeowners in the event you decide to sell your home. This warranty is over & above the Minnesota Recovery Fund.
  
• Project inspected by a State Certified Building Inspector (3) times during construction of your home.
  
• A detailed schedule of events on the construction of your new home. This allows you the homeowner to fully understand, for example, when light fixtures need to be delivered, appliances need to be purchased, when your move in date will occur, etc.
  
• A minimum of $1,000,000.00 insurance is required for every Subcontractor who steps foot on your property. Not the $300,000.00 required by the State of Minnesota.
  
• Quality, Quality, Quality! I fully understand the importance of a quality constructed home and the importance it carries to a homeowner.
  
• Attention to the homeowner during and after the building process is complete.
  
• Scheduling and following through of each process throughout the entire project. I take care of everything from the building permit to scheduling the installation & connection of your LP Gas Tank. In the event that the homeowner prefers to be more involved, I am fully flexible.
